Terms and Conditions:

 

Charges:

Initial Consultation - £95   This may be at the client’s home or school, and usually lasts 1-1½ hours.                                         Following an initial consultation, you will be provided with a report detailing my                                          assessment and findings.

1 hour therapy or assessment session - £70

Detailed Report - £30

Programmes - up to £30 (to include all resources to carry out the programme and full instructions).  For                               children having 4-6 weekly reviews.  This does not apply when a child is having regular                               therapy – activities for home practice will be provided as part of the charges for therapy.

Travel - 40p/mile for appointments more than 5 miles from North Abingdon (as defined by AA Routefinder)

 

Payment:

Invoices will be presented at the end of each session and clients are requested to settle their accounts immediately.  You will be provided with a receipt for your payment.

An administration charge of £10 will be incurred for late payments.

Please let me know in advance if you are planning to claim the cost of your therapy on private medical insurance as I will need to contact them in advance.

Cancellations:

Please cancel before 9 am  on the day of your appointment, otherwise you will still be charged the full session fee.

 

PARENTS/CARERS WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN TO CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE AN INITIAL CONSULTATION IS ARRANGED.
